February 6, 2008 Special UUC Board of Directors Meeting

Attendees: Linda Stoller, Sue Boone, Eliseo Santana, Pat St Clair, Dick Rolfes, Ashlynn DeCosta-Ponnudurai and Bill Snell, Rev Abhi Janamanchi. Susan Hegner, and Rev. Millie Rochester.

Absent: Joann Shrewsbury, Roberta Watson , Charlene Carnes, John Chase, Dotti Doyle, and John Conover.

Call to Order: 7:20 pm by Linda Stoller

Meeting Adjourned: 7:35 pm

ACTION

Administrative Committee Recommendation

Dick Rolfes moved the acceptance of the Administrative Committee’s Recommendation that the UUC terminate the employment of Linda Martin, effective immediately, and award her three months severance pay. Bill Snell seconded. The motion passed with

six ayes and one abstention. Passed.
